They spent about an hour poolside together.”
“They were very happy,” the onlooker told ET. “They looked pretty comfortable together.”

On Saturday, Rivera sort of addressed the rumors in an Instagram Story. The actress filmed a video of herself laying in bed saying with mock surprise, “the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny are for sure dating you guys, I just saw it.”
In November, Rivera filed for divorce from husband Ryan Dorsey. The couple wed in July 2014 just three months after the Glee actress’ engagement to rapper Big Sean was called off.

We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time.”
They share a 1-year-old son together — Josey Hollis.
Spade, of Saturday Night Live fame, has never been married – but had been linked in the past to Lara Flynn Boyle, among others.
He has one child — an 8-year-old daughter named Harper, with 31-year-old Playboy model Jillian Grace.

Rivera, of course, filed for divorce from husband Ryan Dorsey in November 2016 after two years of marriage.
The two have a son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, who is almost two years old.

“We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time.”
Rivera requested legal and physical custody of their son with visitation rights for her ex.
Spade, meanwhile, shares an eight-year-old daughter Harper with ex Jillian Grace.
He’s also been linked to several famous women in the past, including Heather Locklear, Modern Family star Julie Bowen, Lara Flynn Boyle and Pamela Anderson.
